NOTE: This side MUST be completed for the Directory. Please fill in all registration numbers for horses that are registered (or pending) with the Appaloosa Horse Club, Inc. or Appaloosa Horse Club of Canada. If you wish to enroll for points towards year end awards, a separate form MUST be completed and all horses must be signed up at least 48 hours before the first show in which you participate in order for the points to count for that show.
